We hope that the clothes you buy from us will become like a second skin to you, and the home accessories will bring coziness and creativity to your home space. However, if it happens that the product arrives not in your size, you dreamed up while ordering, or the neighbor's cat jumped in through the open balcony and you put the wrong products in the cart, you can return or exchange them according to the rules below.

Return rules

  1. You can return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery.
  2. The product cannot be worn or otherwise used, it must be undamaged and not have lost its value.
  3. Socks can only be returned if they have not been tried on and the tags and ties have not been removed.
  4. The product must be presented in the original manufacturer's packaging and not have lost its commercial appearance.
  5. The product must remain with all its tags.
  6. The amount refunded will be the product price excluding delivery costs.
  7. The fox has the right not to accept the returned product if it is presented used, or the socks are tried on, without tags, or damaged, or if the return period has expired.
  8. If it happens that you find a ceramic candle broken in the package, immediately send us a photo or video without taking it out of the package. Only in this way will we be convinced that the breakage occurred due to shipping or packaging errors. In such a case, we will send a ceramic candle at our expense or refund the money.
  9. However, we will not be able to compensate for breakage losses if it happens after receiving the product - it fell out while you were carrying it or slipped onto the floor while being transported in a vehicle, etc.
  10. We remind you, the fox has an excellent sense of smell, so if you try to cheat - appropriate measures will be taken. Forest badgers can sometimes be very angry.
  11. If you want to return the purchased products and recover the price paid for them, contact us by email sveiki@lapekanape.lt and we will send you a return form, which you will fill out and send back to us.
  12. Products can only be returned via Omniva parcel machines.
  13. The money is refunded to the buyer's specified account within 10 working days from the delivery of the returned products to MB LAPĖ KANAPĖ. The money is refunded to the account specified in the return form.
