3. Moment of Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Contract
3.1The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having chosen the product(s) to be purchased and formed the shopping cart, chooses the delivery address and payment method, and clicks the "Buy" link and receives a notification about the successfully executed order.
3.2Each purchase-sale contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the database of the Lapekanape.lt online store.
4. Buyer's Rights
4.1The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the "Lapekanape.lt" online store according to the procedure established in these Rules and other sections of the Seller's online store information.

5. Buyer's Obligations
5.1The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them according to the order established in these Rules.

5.3If the data provided in the registration form of the registered Buyer changes, they must update them immediately.
5.4The Buyer, using the Lapekanape.lt online store, undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly indicated in the online store, and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Seller's Rights
6.1If the Buyer attempts to harm the online store's work stability and security or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend their ability to use the online store or, in exceptional cases, delete the Buyer's registration.
6.2In circumstances of importance, the Seller may temporarily or entirely cease the online store's operations, without prior notification to the Buyer.
6.3The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer, choosing to pay by bank transfer, fails to pay for the goods.
6.4The Buyer agrees that without prior written permission from the owner of this website, they will not copy, use any content, images, or photographs of this website, and will comply with all copyright laws.
7. Seller's Obligations
7.1The Seller commits to provide the Buyer the opportunity to use the services offered by the online store Lapekanape.lt under the conditions set in these Rules and the online store.
7.2The Seller commits to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding their personal information, i.e., to process the Buyer's personal data only in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 2 of the Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3The Seller commits to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him under the conditions stated in the Goods Delivery section of the Rules.
7.4If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller commits to offer a similar or as close as possible alternative product. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar or closest product, the Seller commits to refund the Buyer within 5 (five) business days if the payment was made in advance.
7.5If the Buyer exercises the right provided in point 4.2 of the Rules and meets the condition stated in point 4.4 of the Rules, the Seller commits to refund the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days, counting from the day of receiving the returned goods.
8. Product Prices, Payment Procedure and Terms
8.1The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros including VAT.

9.2Delivery of goods to the Buyer:
- The Buyer, having chosen the goods delivery service during the order, commits to specify the exact delivery location of the goods.
- The Buyer commits to receive the goods himself. In the case where he cannot receive the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the address indicated and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller for the delivery of goods to the wrong subject.
- The goods are delivered by the parcel delivery service.
- The goods are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3The Seller's goal is to hand over the goods ordered by the Buyer to the parcel delivery service within 2 business days from the payment for the goods.
- The parcel delivery service delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the Buyer within 2-4 business days.
- The goods delivery services are provided by “Omniva LT” UAB.
- Once the Seller dispatches the order, the Buyer receives a notification with the parcel number to be able to track the parcel movement online.
- All information about the working hours (delivery time) and services of “Omniva LT” UAB is indicated on the website of “Omniva LT” UAB.
9.4The Seller provides the goods to the Buyer according to the terms indicated in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of his ordered goods. Also, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, the presentation of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller commits to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of goods presentation.
9.5In all cases, the Seller is relieved of responsibility for violating the terms of goods presentation if the goods are not presented to the Buyer or are not presented on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.
10. Product Description, Color, Shape
10.1The characteristics of each product sold at Lapekanape.lt are generally indicated in the product description next to each product.
10.2The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the products in the online store may not match the real size, shapes, and colors of the products due to the characteristics of the Buyer's computer, mobile phone, tablet.
11. Final Provisions
11.1These rules are made in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2The relationships arising under these rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3All disputes arising out of the execution of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
